1. About these terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Miramoot, an online training platform operated by TEVA Services Limited (“TEVA Services”, “we”, “us”), a company incorporated in England and Wales under company number 15618106, with registered office at 167-169 Great Portland Street, Fifth Floor, London, W1W 5PF, United Kingdom.

By accessing or using Miramoot you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

2. Who can use Miramoot

Miramoot is intended for use by professional organisations and the adult learners, mentors and administrators they invite. You must be at least 16 years of age to use the platform. By using Miramoot you confirm you have legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.

Your right to access Miramoot is granted to you by the organisation that has invited you. Your organisation may suspend or revoke your access at any time.

3. Your account

• You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials and magic-link emails secure.
• You agree to provide accurate information when registering or being invited.
• You may not share your account with anyone else.
• You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

4. Acceptable use

When using Miramoot, you agree NOT to:

• Upload content that is unlawful, infringing, defamatory, or harmful.
• Attempt to bypass platform security, access controls, or rate limits.
• Use the platform to harass other users.
• Scrape, mirror, or extract data from the platform without our written permission.
• Use the platform in any way that violates UK law or the laws of your jurisdiction.

We reserve the right to suspend or remove access for any user who breaches these terms.

5. Content and intellectual property

Course materials, branding, and platform software are owned by TEVA Services Limited, or by the organisations that have uploaded them to their portals, or by their respective licensors. You may not redistribute, reproduce, or republish any course material outside the platform without express written permission.

Content you upload (assignment submissions, etc.) remains your property. By uploading, you grant your organisation and TEVA Services Limited a non-exclusive licence to store, display, and process this content for the purpose of operating the platform.

6. AI-assisted grading

Miramoot uses AI to suggest provisional grades and feedback on submitted assignments. AI-generated assessments are NOT final. A human mentor in your organisation reviews and confirms all grades. AI suggestions may contain errors. By using Miramoot you acknowledge and accept that AI is a tool to assist mentors, not a replacement for human judgement.

7. Service availability

We aim to keep Miramoot available without interruption, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or events beyond our control may cause temporary unavailability. We are not liable for service interruptions.

8. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• TEVA Services Limited's total liability to you arising from your use of Miramoot is limited to the fees (if any) paid by your organisation for your account in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
• We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental losses, including loss of profit, business, data, or goodwill.
• Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be limited under English law.

9. Termination

Your organisation may revoke your access to Miramoot at any time. TEVA Services may terminate access for breach of these Terms, illegal use, or for reasons of platform integrity or security. On termination, your right to use the platform ends; data retention is governed by our Privacy Policy.

10. Changes to these terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified to you on-screen or by email. Continued use of the platform after notification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising under these Terms is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
